<p>PURPOSE:To minimize a load to turn and fix a tension arm at an unloading position by using a superelastic spring as an energizing material to energize the tension arm in a prescribed direction. CONSTITUTION:The superelastic spring made of superelastic alloy is used as the energizing material 4 which energizes the tension arm 3 and supplies prescribed tension to a magnetic tape 1 as a result. Therefore, the desired energizing force can be generated in a range where the magnetic tape 1 comes into contact with a tension pole 2 in a loading state and the tension arm 3 performs tape tension control, and since superelasticity is generated when the tension arm is located at the unloading position which requires the high stretch of the spring, the energizing force is scarcely increased. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the load at the unloading position.</p> |
