A device for adjusting the position of an element (1) arranged to be movable in a predetermined direction (T), comprises a driving member (11) for generating driving force to be applied to the element, and a transferring member (7, 10) for transferring the driving force to the element. The device further comprises a plate member (12) arranged to be movable in parallel to the predetermined direction for supporting at least the driving member. Thus, it becomes possible to easily execute a position adjustment operation of the predetermined element along the predetermined direction which can be easily effected only by moving the plate member. <IMAGE> |
