The invention relates to a device which allows fixing of elements such as punches, the cross-section or the material of which does not permit the implantation of screws capable of fixing them. It consists of two complementary wedges (1 and 2) forming a right parallelepiped contained in a housing (b) contiguous with the housing (a) which receives the punch (4) to be fixed and at least one screw (5) capable of driving the moveable wedge (1) along its inclined face, thereby causing the punch (4) to be locked in place by clamping. This device, according to alternative forms, is capable of fixing numerous punches or other elements. <IMAGE>
