PURPOSE: To facilitate the removal of twisting which is induced to a fiber during payout thereof from a bobbin and the reduction of acute bending or a so-called big tail of the fiber, by being equipped with means deflecting the fiber in a spiral form at the time of paying out the fiber from a payout wheel. CONSTITUTION: This machine is provided with means deflecting fiber 10 in a spiral shape when the fiber 14 is paid out from a payout wheel 12. This deflecting means includes a deflector 20 which is disposed on a passage of the fiber 14 and means capable of rotating the deflector 20. Here, the fiber 14 is paid out from a bobbin 16 and is supplied by way of the pay-out wheel 12 and the deflector 20. The payout wheel 12 is energized, a motor 22 of the deflector 20 is also energized and the energization of the motor 20 rotates the fiber 14 about a longitudinal axis of the fiber 14 in the deflector 20. Due to such a construction, twisting induced to the fiber 14 during paying out thereof from the bobbin can be effectively cancelled and an acute bending of the fiber or a so-called big tail can be reduced. |
