<p>PURPOSE: To adjust the relation between a condyle head and a hole by constructing a dental articulator from a first condyle head support assembly supporting the first end of an upper beam on a first condyle head column and being freely adjustable in the vertical direction and a second condyle head support assembly supporting the second end of the upper beam on a second condyle head column and being freely adjustable in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: A head 11 is freely rotationally supported on a sill 12 by first 22 and second 23 condyle connecting support assemblies, and is formed by an extension upper beam 13 having an integrated dovetailed groove 30 and extending horizontally. The sill 12 has a horizontally extending lower beam 14, and a forwardly extending lower arm 16 is secured to the lower beam 14. A grooved pin 17 is secured to the front end of the upper arm 15, and the lower end of the grooved pin 17 is located at the front end of the lower arm 16 and held in an adjusted position. First 18 and second 19 condyle columns are secured to both ends of the lower beam 14. The upper beam 15 has a screw working as first denture support 20 in order to hold an upper jaw molding, while the lower arm 16 has a screw working as second denture support 21 in order to hold a lower jar molding.</p> |
