A system for transmitting and receiving remote control signals contains a portable control panel, various components suitable for being located in the management object and connected in series: a control-commands receiver, a selector of synchronisation pulses, a pulse distributor, a key unit, a registers units connected to the control-commands receiver, a pulse-elements unit, connected with the control links of the management object, an RS flip-flop, a key, a first and a second circuit 0, first capacitors and a resistor, second capacitors and a resistor. To the synchronisation-pulse selector is connected a pulse generator coupled to the pulse distributor, and a pulse counter connected to the pulse distributor, with a signalling unit, with the key unit and with a delay element connected to the registers unit. <IMAGE>
