PURPOSE:To make possible of mechanically forming to a cylindrical shape even for sheet-like food impossible of keeping the cylindrical shape by rotating an enfolding drum having a hollow inside and many suction holes in the periphery, enfolding the sheet-like food and cylindrically forming. CONSTITUTION:An enfolding drum 22 connected to a suction device, having a hollow inside and many suction holes 21 in the peripheral face and rotated by a driving means is rotated with sucking through the suction holes and soft sheet-like food (crepe) 33 is enfolded on the enfolding drum 22 to form a cylindrical shape. Then, the outer periphery of the sheet-like food is covered with an outer shape 35 in a said state and the suction of the enfolding drum 22 is released, then the sheet-like food is removed with kept in the outer shape 35 to afford the aimed edible vessel. |
