EXHAUST GAS PARTICULATE PURIFICATION DEVICE OF DIESEL ENGINE

PURPOSE:To prevent damage to human body because of leakage of high frequency at the time of accident such as collision by forcibly stopping a transmitting means with an acceleration over a specified value. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas particulate purification device 11 has a filter 17 which captures particulates in exhaust gas and a transmitting means made up of a magnetron transmitter 15 which combusts the particulates and reactivates the filter 17 and a waveguide 16. A control means 13 forcibly stops the transmitting means when an acceleration exceeding a specified value which is detected by an acceleration detecting sensor 26 arises. It is thus possible to prevent damage to human body because of leakage of the high frequency, even if reflection plates 22, 23 are broken by the shock of accident.
