<p>PURPOSE: To provide a discharge valve which is easily mounted and has an acceptable cost, by pressing a resilient deformable means into a resilient compression state when a valve seat is in a closing position, and by guiding the resilient deformable means with a backstop member when a sealing member with pressure value in a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A guiding member 34 for axially moving a sealing member 50 arranged between a valve plate 30 and a backstop member 60, and a resilient deformable means 70 having this first end and the other end arranged in a surface adjacent the outside of the sealing member 50 on the opposite side of a surface facing a valve seat 33 on the opposite side of the first end are provided. The resilient deformable means 70 is constituted so that, when the valve seat 33 is in a closing position, it is pressed from a non-compression state a resilient compression state with the sealing member 50, and when the sealing member 50 is moved with pressure value in a cylinder 10 from a closing position to an opening position, it is guided with a backstop member 60 during deformation motion caused by an axial movement of the sealing member 50.</p> |
