<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a completely finished instep completed product by a simple work by sticking a lunar core with an adhesive agent to the heel part of the back leather separated from the surface instep leather before it is completed to make the instep, superposing the surface instep leather on the back leather and seaming their upper part opening peripheral edges, thereafter, executing lifting by a last and forming the heel. CONSTITUTION:Before it is completed to make the instep, a lunar core 3 impregnated with an adhesive agent is stuck to the heel part of the back leather 2 separated from the surface instep leather 1. Subsequently, the surface instep leather 1 is superposed on the leather 2 to which the lunar core 3 is stuck and their upper part opening peripheral edges 1', 2' are seamed. Next, lifting is executed by a last and the heel is formed. In that case, by executing the forming by applying heat, the lunar core 3 adheres completely to the back leather 2. In such a way, a process for inserting the lunar core 3 between the surface instep leather and the back leather of the instep completed product can be eliminated.</p> |
