<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient bonding strength by a simple treating process by laying between metal and polyolefin the reactant composed of epoxy resin and hydrocarbon polymer saturated by a principal chain with a specific quantity of carboxyl group of acid anhydride group. CONSTITUTION:A reactant of epoxy resin and hydrocarbon polymer saturated by a principal chain having 1.5 pieces on an average of carboxyl group or acid anhydride per one mol. is laid and heated between metal and polyolefin. Said hydrocarbon polymer is prepared by hydrogenating butadiene liquid polymer obtained by making radical polymerization of azobiscianic acid, for example, with butadiene alone or with butadiene and copolymeric monomer as polymerization initiator. Isoprene, chloroprene, etc. are used as the copolymeric monomer. Epoxy resin is a chamical compound containing two epoxy groups per one mol., such as aromatic compound shown in the formula, alicyclic compound, aliphatic compound, etc. The reactant is obtained as solution in a solvent used for reaction and this reactant obtained or the reactant regulated in concentration is laid between metal and polyolefin, heated and bonded. The temperature for heating and bonding preferably is 120-300 deg.C.</p> |
