<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability and to prevent malfunction occurring by comprising a mechanism so that a power source can be applied by locking an IC card and the IC card can be prevented from inserting when the power source is applied. CONSTITUTION:Since a lock member 4 is also operated by turning on a power source switch 2, the insertion of the IC card 3 is prevented with the lock member 4 even when it is tried. Also, when the power source switch 2 is turned off, no lock member 4 is operated, therefore, the insertion of the IC card can be made smoothly and it is set correctly. When the power source switch 2 is turned off after the IC card is set correctly, the IC card 3 is also locked with the lock member 4. In such a way, a trouble can be eliminated that a mistake to insert the IC card 3 as leaving the power source switch 2 tuned on is performed or that the power source switch 2 should be turned on after the IC card 3 is locked.</p> |
