PURPOSE:To reduce weight without impairing strength by providing a driving wire which is bridged between turn-around guiding members installed on both upper and lower face ends of a supporting member, and a driving section for the driving wire. CONSTITUTION:A pulley 9 for an elevator device 1, serving as a turn-around guiding member on the upper side, is rotatably supported by a supporting spindle 10 which is protruded on the face side at the portion located in a cutout 4 in a guide rail 3 out of an upper mounting bracket 5, with a groove 9a provided on the peripheral face. A driving wire 33 is bridged between the pulley 9 and a moving pulley 11, supported on both upper and lower ends of a supporting member 2. A driving section 25 has necessary elements housed in a case 26 which is fixed on the back of a motor bracket 23. In this way, the tension of the wire 33 which is bridged between two upper and lower pulleys 9, 11 is supported by the mounting brackets 5, 7 thicker and stronger than the rail 3, so that very strong metal material for the rail 3 is not required, resulting in lighter weight as a whole. |
