<p>A stable oil-in-water emulsion composition containing a nonsteroidal antiphlogistic analgesic, wherein the emulsifier comprises a combination of a hydrophilic surfactant with a monoalkyl glyceryl ether, particularly one containing a C12 to C22 alkyl group. The stability of the composition is further enhanced by the presence of HSO3-, SO3-- or S2O5-- ions when the medecine is in salt form.</p> |
