A first analyzer (22) analyzes at least a portion of the representative signal to determine whether the portion of the representative signal belongs to a predetermined category. The communication device also includes a transmitter (20) that transmits a signal having an audio portion, with holes placed therein, and a first signalling information indicating whether the portion of the representative signal belongs to the predetermined category.
