PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in inspection for the mounting state of a board by providing a constitution wherein a plurality of feature quantities extracted from input image data are used, and the mounted state of the board is inspected by a plurality of methods having the different principles. CONSTITUTION:Analog image signals in R (red), G (green) and B (blue) colors which are picked up through a CCD camera 101 are stored in frame memories 105 - 107 through A/D converters 102 - 104. The image data pass through an interface 108, an averaging circuit 109 and a noise removing part 110, and a region is extracted with a region extracting part 111. Feature quantities such as position data, shape data and the like are extracted from the extracted region in a feature-quantity extracting parts 112. Pattern matching between the feature quantity of the position data and the reference pattern from a reference-pattern generating part 115 is performed by a reverse-truth-value limiting method in a reverse-truth-value-limiting-method operating part 113. The feature quantity of the shape data and the like are matched with a reference pattern by fuzzy clustering in a fuzzy-clustering operation part 114. The results of two operations are synthesized in a Dempster combining part 116. The result of judgement is outputted from a judged-result outputting part 117. |
