PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy of a parts on a table remarkably by moving a moving table to the predetermined direction against a fixed base, and moving the parts relatively against an opening to make the periphery of the parts to abut on the inner periphery of the opening. CONSTITUTION:A parts 18 moved to a part just over an opening 16b of a fixed plate 16 by a parts adsorbing and carring means 17 is fallen down to the arrow D direction to be placed on the surface 13a of a X-Y table 13 in the opening 16b. Next, the X-Y table 13 is moved to the X, Y directions by stepping motors 14, 15, and the inner periphery of an opening 16a abuts on the side face of the parts 18 and push it to move the parts 18 to the arrow G direction, and when one corner thereof reaches a corner of the opening 16b, the movement is stopped. Thereafter, when the movement of the X-Y table 13 by the stepping motors 14, 15 is stopped, the parts 18 is positioned under the condition that it is stood still at the corner of the opening 16b. |
