PURPOSE:To enable the metallic netlike object put in a molded object to be kept stably by a method in which a magnet material is buried in the bottom force of a mold, and a metallic netlike object is attracted by said magnet material, and then synthetic resin is injected or poured in the mold and is molded. CONSTITUTION:A magnet material 3 is buried inside the surface of the bottom force 2 of the mold for injection molding, and its periphery is surrounded with nonmagnetic object 4 having the same strength as that of said mold material. When the adhesion area of a metallic netlike object 5 put into a molded object, is small, working is carried out so that the steel sheet (m) of small size is fitted to the adhesion part 6 for the magnet material, or the area brought in contact with the magnet material is enlarged by crushing a part of the metallic netlike object 5. Consequently, the metallic netlike object 5 is prevented from being floated up from the mold or occurring of wavy phenomenon, and the metallic netlike object 5 may be inserted in the state of the same shape as the rear shape of a synthetic resin-molded and completed object. |
