<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus having a simple construction capable of drawing out a fluid by an easy operation, by working and releasing a pedal to extend or contract a cylinder through parallel links thereby allowing the inside of the cylinder to be negative pressure to draw out a liquid. CONSTITUTION:When a liquid is required to be drawn out, the pedal 21 is worked to tilt the parallel links 17, 18 pivotaly mounted between a pedal arm 20 and an apparatus bed 1 to contract the cylinder C pivotaly mounted between the link 17 and the apparatus bed 1 so that the piston 4 is moved toward a first fluid chamber C1. Then the worked pedal 21 is released to stand the parallel links 17, 18 up so that the contracted cylinder C is extended. In this case, a lip piece l on the outer circumference of a seal cup 4a of the piston 4 is slided with the piece l in close contact with the inner surface of the cylinder barrel 2 to allow the inside of the first fluid chamber C1 to be negative pressure so that a liquid, for example air in admixture with an oil, is drawn into the first fluid chamber C1 through a pipe 7, and the oil is reserved in an oil reservoir 10.</p> |
