发明名称 GAS CIRCULATION CONTROL DEVICE OF LASER OSCILLATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the cut area of a thin plate as smooth as that obtained by the use of a low speed laser oscillator by a method wherein laser gas is made to slow down in circulation speed basing on the detected discharge current, the discharge power, or the optical output. CONSTITUTION:A discharge current is detected by a current detector 29, and the detected discharge current value is sent to a control means 31. The control means 31 sends commands to a blower 19 checking the current circulation speed of a laser gas to change the blower 19 in revolving frequency, whereby the circulation speed of laser gas can be set to a required value. A laser beam is made to oscillate at a high speed to cut a thick plate, and when it is switched to cut a thin plate, the discharge current detected by the current detector 29 is confirmed by the control means 31, an command is sent to the blower 19 to make it low in revolving frequency, whereby the laser gas becomes low in circulation speed and a thin plate can be cut by a laser oscillator keeping its cut area smooth.
