PURPOSE:To make it possible to heat or cool noodles as they are and to completely drain water from said noodles by placing the noodles in a packaging bag of plastics, etc., and providing a plurality of holes having such sizes that prevent the noodles from flowing out therethrough in a lower region or the bag at least below the central section thereof. CONSTITUTION:Small circular holes 2 with a diameter of 5mm are spaced at regular intervals of 3cm in a longitudinal direction and 2cm in a lateral direction on a polyethylene bag, in which some of the holes are disposed between the sealed section and the lower edge of the bag. Uncooked noodles are put into the bags. If the bags are suspended from a rotary type movement device and put successively into a hot water container 4 of predetermined temperature, noodles from which water is easily drained can be obtained. |
