PURPOSE:To allow optical transmission parts to exhibit optical performance sufficiently by installing a heat exchanger which cools cooling liquid in an atmosphere wherein a container is installed and circulating the cooling liquid between the container and heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanger 24 which cools the cooling liquid 26 such as pure water and ethylene glycol with the ambient air around the container is installed in the atmosphere wherein the container 10 is installed, and a pump 28 which circulates the cooling liquid 26 between the container 10 and heat exchanger 24 is provided. Further, a fan 30 is provided to cool the cooling liquid 26 which flows in the heat exchanger 24, and this fan 30 blows the ambinet air around the container 10 to the heat exchanger 24 to cool the cooling liquid 26 with the ambient air. Thus, the optical transmission parts, e.g. a reflection mirror 16 is cooled. |
