PURPOSE: To neatly bundle an electrical power cord or the like and store it by providing a plurality of relatively large locking disks connected to slender tie straps at every distance and the elastic straps connecting disks, and also providing a locking tool for receiving the locking disks at one end. CONSTITUTION: Slender and relatively flexible straps 23 are continuously connected to nearly circular and relatively flat locking disks 24 at every distance and formed as short belts connected at both ends, having a nearly circular section. The locking disks 24 have a larger width and a larger thickness than the straps 23 respectively. The strap 23 has a specified length of 15-20 cm in total length and the distance between the respective centers of locking disks 24 is 2.5-4 cm. In this way, most of domestic electric cords can be housed in the device. The slender strap 22 is connected to the head 26 at one end thereof and one arbitrarily selected locking disk 24 can be locked by the head 26. |
