<p>PURPOSE:To perform re-adhesion to a magazine without the occurrence of a trouble, e.g. wrinkles, to a cover by exerting a rotation force on a winding shaft during winding and rotating the winding shaft in a following manner by exerting a horizontal moving force on a support frame during rewinding. CONSTITUTION:Since a rotation force to a winding shaft 17 is transmitted and a cover 41 is wound based on the rotation force of the winding shaft 17, the cover 41 is wound in a state that proper tension is applied, and reliably wound without the generation of wrinkles. Meanwhile, in a rewinding processing, a moving force is transmitted to a support frame 42 through pinions 47 and 47, the winding shaft 17 is rolled in a following manner to rewind the cover 41. Therefore, the cover 41 is rewound in a state that proper tension is applied, and is re-mounted on a flange part 13a without the generation of wrinkles.</p> |
