摘要 The invention relates to an electrostatic micromotor with a radial field, produced by photolithographic microfabrication. This motor includes a stator provided with several groups (Gn) of electrodes offset in angle with respect to one another around an axis of rotation of the micromotor, an electrically conducting rotor of which at least one arm carries a counter-electrode able to interact with the electrodes of the stator so as to form an air gap between them, and a guide ring intended to drive the rotor in rotation and possibly in translation, this micromotor being characterised in that the rotor includes at least one bridge-forming element which is arranged at least partly below an electrostatic field plane (PCE) of the micromotor, this element, which constitutes a raised arm of the rotor, bearing one or more mechanically or electrically functional elements (26, 15) able to interact with one or more complementary elements (4) situated in or out of the electrostatic field plane and inside or outside the group of electrodes of the stator. This micromotor applies to the step-by-step drive in continuous rotation or in bi-directional rotation, of an extremely miniaturised mechanism. <IMAGE>
