PURPOSE:To prevent drop-out of horizontal synchronizing and color disappearance, by providing a means which generates a horizontal synchronizing signal and a means which generates a chrominance subcarrier signal and by inserting signals from these means to a signal defective part. CONSTITUTION:The video signal from an output terminal 2 is inputted to a synthesizing circuit 6, a horizontal synchronizing signal generating circuit 7, and a chrominance subcarrier signal generating circuit 8. Even if the first horizontal synchronizing signal is dropped out for a some time, the circuit 7 generates the second horizontal synchronizing signal synchronized with the signal before the drop-out of the horizontal synchronizing signal and gives it to the circuit 6. The circuit 8 generates the second chrominance subcarrier signal synchronized with the chrominance subcarrier signal included in the video signal and gives it to the circuit 6. In case of a special reproducing, the circuit 6 synthesizes the second horizontal synchronizing signal from the circuit 7 and the second chrominance subcarrier signal from the circuit 8 during the time of the drop-out of the video signal and leads out the synthesized video signal to an output terminal 9. |
