发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HEAT INSULATING OF INGOT IN MELTING FURNACE FOR RAPID MELTING METHOD OF ALUMINUM INGOT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To avert the rapid fluctuation in electric power consumption and to effectively utilize the time for melting by subjecting the remaining ingot in a melting furnace to heat insulating at a specific temp. during the time before the reheating of the ensuing cycle upon ending of the melting stage in one cycle. CONSTITUTION:The ingot of an Al metal is inserted via a supplying guide 11 into the melting furnace 12 and the molten metal formed by melting the ingot in an induction heating coil 12a is admitted into a heating up furnace 13, where the molten metal is heated up by an induction heating coil 13a. This molten metal is discharged into a tapping furnace 14 and the molten metal is retained in the furnace 14 by an electromagnetic pump 14a. The molten metal is tapped at a specified rate each by the pump 14a. The ingot remaining in the melting furnace 12 is so heated as to be heat insulated, upon ending of the melting stage in one cycle, at the temp. lower than the melting initiation temp of this ingot and at which the ingot does not soften during the time before the reheating for the purpose of the ensuing cycle in this rapid melting method.</p>
