The invention relates to a driven pulley of a variable speed transmission of the V-belt type. This pulley comprises two cheeks (1, 2) including frustoconical sides (4, 5) facing one another and rotationally guided with respect to the axis of the pulley, the movable cheek additionally being guided in terms of translation with respect to the stationary cheek (1) which, for its part, is translationally immobile.
