PURPOSE:To reduce the measurement dispersion of rubber material by forming a supplying member for the rubber material of a plunger-type screw and providing an opening and closing block which is moved to the vertical direction to the lower part of a weighing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-plate 15 is raised to the position of an alternate long and two short dashes line shown in a figure 1 by a hydraulic cylinder. Thereby, an outflow port 5a of a communication path in the tip part of an extrusion plunger 11 is opened. When a screw 7 is advanced in this state, rubber material R is introduced into a material weighing cylinder 3 via the communication path 5. At this time, the extrusion plunger 11 is pushed up but the specified amount of rubber material R is always supplied into the material weighing cylinder 3 because a controlling screw 33 being a stopper member is arranged to the upper part and the position of the rear dead point of the extrusion plunger 11 is regulated. Further a material extrusion port 3a of the tip of the weighing cylinder 3 is pressed to the vertical direction by an opening and closing block 51 moved to the vertical direction and the sealing properties are made good. Therefore rubber material is not squeezed out on the opening and closing block 51. |
