PURPOSE:To easily bond a piezoelectric element to a vibrator and to simplify a vibrator supporting structure by providing a protrusion equal to or smaller than the diameter of the central hole of the element of the surface of a vibrator for bonding the element. CONSTITUTION:A protrusion 104 (phiA) equal to or smaller than the diameter (phiB) of a piezoelectric element 105 is provided on the surface of a vibrator 103 for bonding the element 106. Since the protrusion 104 needs a thickness of certain degree for the convenience of guiding the element 106, it has effects of preventing poor conduction of the vibrator 103 with a central shaft 101 due to flowout of adhesive, etc. The thickness of the protrusion 104 may be thinner than that of the element 106. The planar shape of the protrusion 104 may be an irregular shape other than a cylinder to be used as a guide of the flow of the adhesive. |
