PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of maintenance by providing a schedule forming means which sets the data of visit for maintenance service for an image forming device in accordance with the propriety of the acting state of the image forming device. CONSTITUTION:The image forming devices A1-A5 and a control device 227 are connected through a communication line 230. In such a case, the data of the visit for maintenance service for the image forming devices A1-A4 is set in accordance with the propriety of the acting states of the image forming devices A1-A5 by the schedule forming means 401 in the control device 227, and the set data of the visit for service is transmitted to the devices A1A5 by a transmission means 306 through the communication line 230. Then, the date of the visit received by a reception means 223 is displayed by a display means i the devices A1-A5. Thus, the date of the visit for service corresponding to the image forming devices A1-A5 is rapidly and accurately set and the efficiency of the maintenance is enhanced. |
