PURPOSE:To decrease the trouble of a user side and to enhance the efficiency of maintenance by providing an operation input means corresponding to the deterioration of image quality, a control means for detecting and controlling the acting state of the device and a transmission means. CONSTITUTION:The copying machines A, A... of the same type set on user sides and the administration device 227 of a service station SS are made to be on-line by using a telephone line 230, and a density display part 116 and a key for claiming 131, etc., are arranged in a control panel 100. The key for claiming(operation input means) 131 is depressed when an operator decides that the image quality is deteriorated and the control means 201 detects the acting state of the device A corresponding to the operation of the means 131. The transmission means 223 transmits a signal showing the acting state and that the means 131 is operated through the communication line 230. Thus, the trouble of the user side of claiming that a serviceman should visit for service is decreased and the efficiency of maintenance by the serviceman is enhanced. |
