Resinous conductive solution which is prepared by mixing conductive powders such as carbon powders with polypropylene solution with the ratio of 3:7 and ceramics solution which is prepared by mixing ceramics with urethane resinous solution or acrylic resinous solution with 3:7 are mixed and stirred with 1:1. thus forming composite solution. In preparing far infra-red radiating heating fiber, fiber bundles are either impregnated by conductive solution, dried, followed by impregnation with ceramics and drying or sprayed or coated by above-mentioned composite solution.
