<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a variable electronic part whose torque required for rotation of a rotor member does not rapidly drop without inviting large increase in a manufacturing cost and increase in size by applying synthetic resin paste to a part of the rotor member to be in contact with a substrate before the rotor member is fitted on a hollow shaft. CONSTITUTION:When an electronic part is to be manufactured by caulking a hollow shaft 1 to be enlarged after a rotor member for adjusting a resistance value, etc., is freely rotatably fitted onto the tip of the hollow shaft 7 inserted into a substrate 1, synthetic resin paste 13 is applied on at least a part of the rotor member 8 to be in contact with the substrate 1 before the rotor member 8 is fitted onto the hollow shaft 7. For example synthetic resin paste having a nature that it is cured to a degree that it has some elasticity by radiation of ultraviolet rays or heating after application is preferably used as the above mentioned synthetic resin paste 13. Thus the synthetic resin paste 13 serves as a cushion being interposed between the rotor member 8 and the substrate 1 so that a rapid drop in torque required for rotation of the rotor member 8 can be prevented.</p> |
