<p>PURPOSE:To accurately detect the beginning period of dew condensation on the surface of a cylinder by detecting the face that a water droplet is interposed at a gap part between the cylinder and a first terminal and the fact that the electrical conductive state of the first terminal with the cylinder is set. CONSTITUTION:A second terminal 2b insulated from the first terminal 2a, con nected electrically to a cylinder 1a side and between which and the first terminal 2a a prescribed voltage is applied is provided. Also, a decision means is provided to decide the dew condensation on the surface of a rotating cylinder 1a by detecting the fact that the water droplet is interposed at the gap part between the cylinder and the first terminal 2a and the fact that the electrically conduc tive state between the first terminal 2a and the cylinder 1a is set. Thereby, it is possible to directly detect the dew condensation on the surface of the rotating cylinder 1a.</p> |
