<p>PURPOSE:To save power supply by splitting a power supply system into a plurality of sub-systems and selectively supplying or interrupting power for each sub-system over a time section. CONSTITUTION:Upon detection of turn ON of a trigger switch SW5, a system control circuit 7 turns a power supply switch SW1 ON to feed power to a power supply system VDD1 thus actuating the spindle motor of an FDD 14. Subsequently, a power supply switch SW2 is turned ON to feed power to a power supply system VDD2 thus operating an imager 9 and the like, controlling focusing of lens or aperture and storing data of the imager 9 into a RAM. A timer is then actuated and ON/OFF judgment of a trigger switch SW6 is made. It the switch SW6 is turned ON, the operation advances to next step while when the switch SW6 is kept in OFF state during a time interval, the power supply switches SW1, SW2 are turned OFF.</p> |
