PURPOSE:To make a coil small in size, and to contrive improvement in impedance-frequency characteristics by a method wherein a pair of flange plates are provided on the winding core part of a bobbin, a coil section is formed by adhering the wound conductor between the above-mentioned flange plates, and another coil section is formed by shifting the flange plates. CONSTITUTION:A pair of flange plates 3 are provided on the winding core part 1 of a coil bobbin, and after a conducting wire 4 has been wound in a multilayer structure between the above-mentioned flange plates 3, a coil section 71 is formed by adhering the wound conducting wires. Then, one of the flange plates 3 is moved, a conducting wire is wound in multilayer, and then the wound conducting wires are adhered, and at least a coil section 72 is formed. To be more precise, after a coil section has been adhered using a bonding agent and the like, another coil section is formed again by moving the flange plates. Accordingly, as a coil bobbin having no partition plate can be used, the coil can be made small in size, and impedance frequency characteristics can also be improved. |
