<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the separation efficiency of gas regardless of vertical type and horizontal type adsorbing towers and to form high purity product gas by providing a product gas recycle system to the top part of a pressure swing adsorbing and desorbing type adsorbing tower. CONSTITUTION:The product gas in a surge tank 6 obtained by an adsorbing tank 20 filled with an adsorbing material performing pressure swing adsorption and desorption is recycled to be introduced to the top part of the adsorbing tower 2. As a result, the separation efficiency of gas is increased regardless of vertical type and horizontal type adsorbing towers and high purity product gas can be obtained.</p> |
