PURPOSE:To prevent a belt photosensitive body from deteriorating owing to external light and changing its quality owing to an external flaw and to easily detach a protective sheet by coating the surface of the photosensitive body belt with the protective sheet directly and projecting its end part from the opening of the cartridge. CONSTITUTION:The base end part 200b of the protective sheet 200 is adhered to the nearby surface of the belt photosensitive body 1 corresponding to a transfer charger 3 while the photosensitive belt cartridge 10 is not used. Further, the protective sheet is wound around the surface of the belt photosensitive body 1 to cover its surface and then projected out of the cartridge housing 10 through an opening 5a. Then the end part 200a which is projected from the opening 5a of the cartridge housing 5 is drawn out before the photosensitive belt cartridge 10 is loaded in an image formation unit 100, and then the protec tive sheet is peeled off the surface of the belt photosensitive body 1 and re moved. Consequently, the protective sheet 200 protects the photosensitive body 1 and is easily removed from the photosensitive body 1. |
