发明名称 ULTRASONIC WAVE INSPECTING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform inspection with one probe by arranging many ultrasonic wave piezoelectric transducers, and selecting the transducer with a switching means. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse is outputted from a pulse generator 6 under the state wherein all switches S of a switch group 12 are closed at present, all ultrasonic wave piezoelectric transducers 10 of a probe 11 are excited, and ultrasonic waves are emitted. These ultrasonic waves are projected on a body to be inspected through an acoustic lens 1. The reflected waves are returned to the piezoelectric transducers 10 which are radiation sources and transduced into electric signals. These electric signals are inputted into a receiver 7 through the corresponding switches S and added. The added electric signal is processed in a processing part 8. When all switches S are closed, the probe 11 becomes the probe having approximately equal aperture, opening angle and focal distance to those of a conventional probe because the piezoelectric transducers 10 are arranged on the entire surface of the ultrasonic-wave emitting plane of the probe 11.
