A reactive black dyestuff composition is composed of 60-80 wt.% disazo cpd.l of formula (I), and 10-35 wt.% cpd. of formual (II) and 4-10 wt.% cpd. of formual (III) containing vinylsulfone gp. and triazine gp. In the formulas, R is H or CH3; R1 and R2 are each H, CH3, CH2CH3 or OCH3; R3 and R4 are each aromatic amine cpd. of Cl; X is -CH2CH2OSO3H. the dyestuff composition has a high stability, and is useful in the absorption-dyeing.
