<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to suppress to the utmost the generation of corrosive gas of a coil block by a method wherein, after the coil block has been subjected to ultrasonic-wave washing, the outer circumference of the coil block is coated with a high molecular thin film by vapor-deposition polymerization. CONSTITUTION:A coil block is dipped into the solution such as Freon, Chlorothene and the like, the coil block is washed by an ultrasonic-wave vibration generating device by adding supersonic-wave vibration. In this washing, mostly the lubricant applied on the surface of the coil is removed, and a temporary degassing treatment is conducted. After the ultrasonic-wave washing has been finished, the outer circumference of the coil block is coated with the high molecular thin film such as polyimide resin and the like using the vapor- deposition polymerization method such as vacuum-deposition and the like, and the corrosive gas generating from the lubricant, which is not removed completely in the ultrasonic-wave washing of the previous process, and also the gas generating from a coil frame can be confined. As a result, the generation of corrosive gas can be prevented.</p> |
