摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance the sinterability of the sintered part between internal electrodes, to make uniform the grain diameter of semiconductor ceramics, and to reduce the irregularity of varistor voltage by a method wherein specific wt.% of glass is contained in the electrode material with which the internal electrode of a laminated varistor, in which an integrally sintered ceramic body in used, will be formed. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic material is used as raw material, an organic vehicle is mixed, and a green sheet is formed. A plurality of green sheets 1 to 6 are prepared by cutting the obtained green sheet. Conductive paste is formed by mixing mixed powder and an organic vehicle into the conductive material such as Ag or Pd or their alloy. The conductive paste is printed on the upper surface of the green sheets 2 to 5, and printed paste 7 to 10 are obtained. The green sheets 1 to 6 are laminated, and after they have been press-bonded in the direction of thickness, they are calcined in the air, and a sintered body is obtained. After conductive paste has been applied to the end part of the sintered body, it is baked and external electrode 11 and 12 are formed. The irregularity 3CV of varistor voltage becomes small in the laminated varistor having the adding quantity of internal electrode material of 0.5 to 20wt.%.</p>
