In a sign arrangement of the kind comprising : (a) one or several substantially vertical posts (1, 2) and (b) a number of sign elements (3) placed in pairs opposite each other on each side of a plane through the axis or axes of the post or posts (1, 2), the new feature is (I) that each sign element (3) on the side facing the post or posts (1, 2) comprises one or several cutouts (4) generally corresponding to one-half of the cross-sectional shape of the post or posts, and (II) that each pair of sign elements (3) is adapted to be secured against each other and in clamping engagement about the post or posts by clasps (5) extending across said plane. When the various components of the arrangement are suitably constructed, this arrangement makes it possible to place the signs in position without the use of tools, whereas they can only be removed by means of tools and with a knowledge of the construction of the sign arrangement. |
