PURPOSE:To eliminate a special process to fix a resin for mirror to a cloth by coating the oversurface of a thin layer with the resin for mirror by means of ultrasonic fusion depositing, wherein the thin layer consists of a soft resin material coated over the cloth, in a sun visor with a mirror fixed to a cloth as exterial material. CONSTITUTION:In a sun visor, a mirror is installed on a cloth 21 as the exterior material of sun visor. To manufacture the sun visor, first a thin layer 22 of soft resin is fixed to the rear surface of the cloth 21. Using an ultrasonic welder 24, resin 23 for mirror provided with a mirror face on the surface is fusion deposited on the oversurface of the thin layer 22. Then the cloth 21 is cut in a dimension smaller than the resin 23 for mirror by a cutter 26 mounted at a horn 25 of this ultrasonic welder 24, and a window 27 is formed in the portion of the resin 23 for mirror. Then the cloth 21 is processed so as to cover the cover of the sun visor together with other cloth. |
