The invention relates to a device for locking switching gears, comprising a single bolt mounted on the normally applied points (AD), this bolt being forcible. The frame of the bolt comprises a channel whose slope is continuous at its end pointing towards the inside of the track, the other end necessarily including the locking chamber (12) in which the head of the moving part of the bolt engages during locking. The device also comprises a spacer rod (4), a control rod (3), a shock-absorber assembly (5, 6), and may or may not be integrated with multiple attack.
