PURPOSE:To improve a utilization factor of light without need of a color filter by arranging respective light emitting parts of red, blue and green in a mosaic. CONSTITUTION:After a positive electrode 2 is formed on a substrate 1, an oxadiazole derivative is deposited as a hole implantation layer 3, then perylene as a red light emitting layer 4, anthracene as a blue light emitting layer 5 and coronene as a green light emitting layer 6 are deposited by a mask and divided according to pixels, and then magnesium silver is deposited thereon as a negative electrode 7. When dc voltage of 20V is applied to a light emitting element thus obtained, emission in red, blue and green in a mosaic is observed. Thus light emitting points on the light emitting element emits light in red, blue and green according to each pixel in red, blue and green of a light receiving type display device. Thus a utilization factor is increased without need of a color filter. |
