PURPOSE:To obtain an air spoiler which can be coated with a coating with completely no parting line, high quality and good yield by setting an upper part and a lower part each in an upper and a lower fixture, placing a heater device between them, melding the surface layers of the end faces of the upper and lower parts by pressing the fixtures, opening the fixtures, moving the heater device and closing the upper and lower fixtures. CONSTITUTION:An upper part 1 and a lower part 2 are respectively fixed in fixtures 3 and 4 and a heater device 5 is placed between the upper part 1 and the lower part 2. End faces 9 and 10 of the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are melted by pressing the fixture 3 and 4 and heating of the heater device 5 and then the fixtures 3 and 4 are opened to remove the heater main body 5 from the fixtures 3 and 4. Again, the fixtures 3 and 4 are pressed to melt the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 in a body and to obtain a product of an integrated air spoiler with a hollow. |
