The invention relates to a soil-less culture technique on a substrate based on mineral fibres. According to the invention, the substrate used is composed at least partly of particles, or spheres, of mineral wool which originate from used culture substrates which have previously been disinfected and comminuted. The substrates according to the invention are of great interest in the field of tunnel culture. Their water availability is high when compared with substrates customarily used for this purpose, as shown by the retention curves. <IMAGE> |
