PURPOSE:To reduce the noise on a deck by movably providing a sound insulating plate higher and wider than the upper end section of an outboard engine on a protruded section in a sound insulation structure of a fishing boat or the like fitted with the outboard engine on a stern plate and formed with a motor well on a stern section and formed with the protruded section in front of it. CONSTITUTION:A pair of brackets 6 are fitted at both ends in the width direction on the hatch cover 41 of a hatch coaming 40 formed protrusively from a deck 2 above a tank room 4, and the back rest plate 7 of a seat is rotatably fitted by a shaft 60. A U-shaped support stay 71 is fitted on the rear face of the back rest plate 7, the lower end of the support stay 71 is hooked on a hook section 72 provided on the hatch cover 41, and the erected back rest plate 7 is supported. The back rest plate 7 functions as a sound insulating plate, and the noise on the deck 2 can be reduced. |
